BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
A little preparation helps
Use the American Girl reference below to identify a company channel and its stated purpose. The documented telephone purpose is customer service — us and canada. Use a private provider channel for account and transaction information.
- Read the seller name on the receipt before choosing a number.
- Have the purchase date, product and order reference beside you.
- Obtain the seller’s return instructions before sending anything back.
